Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Head to streamline workflows, implement automation, manage teams, and enhance overall efficiency. You will play a key role in freeing the CEO from daily execution, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, and contributing to strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize workflows across SEO, Website, SMM, Performance, Creative, Content & HR teams.
  • Implement automation tools to improve efficiency and turnaround times.

Job Role: Business Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies that align with the agency’s long-term goals.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on high-value clients and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, pitching, and closing.
