Alba Dental is a dental clinic which mainly provides pediatric dental care but they also provide regular dental care. They offer dental services like routine exams, dental fillings, full mouth rehabilitation, emergency dentistry, and painless treatments. Alba Dental approached us to take over their Social Media Marketing. To strengthen their status as the leading choice for pediatric dental care, we used visually appealing and informational posts that emphasised the clinic’s child-friendly amenities, experienced dentists, and educational endeavours. In addition to highlighting Alba Dental’s child-friendly amenities, experienced dentists, and educational initiatives, our Social Media Marketing strategy also focused on creating engaging and interactive content to foster a sense of community among parents. We encouraged user-generated content, such as sharing success stories of children’s dental experiences at
Alba Dental or featuring testimonials from satisfied parents. This not only humanised the brand but also provided social proof of the clinic’s commitment to delivering exceptional pediatric dental care.
To further enhance Alba Dental’s online presence, we implemented targeted advertising campaigns. By consistently updating social media platforms with informative posts, engaging visuals, and real-time updates on the clinic’s activities, we ensured that Alba Dental remained top-of-mind for parents seeking reliable and comprehensive dental care for their children.
Execution
Alba Dental’s brand philosophy revolves around making dental care seem less intimidating for children. We focused on showcasing their kid-friendly clinic and their efforts to educate parents on the right ways to take care of their children’s oral health. We created a cohesive feed using a colourful tone for an enthusiastic feel and a vibrant aesthetic, emphasising the playful aspect. We established a strong online presence for them on Meta platforms. Additionally, we also designed traditional marketing assets to help in their promotional efforts.
